“Paul serves the City of Mequon in our economic development efforts to revitalize an underutilized commercial corridor within proximity of our Civic Campus. Our intent is to create a heart to the city. Paul serves as an educator to our policymakers about being proactive with redevelopment opportunities and public/private partnerships and is working to create matches between property owners, business owners and interested investors or developers. While we are less than half way through the first year of our efforts, I find Paul’s efforts, education and real-world knowledge to be a benefit for the City and the interested stakeholders involved in the process.”
